How Inside Sales with Sales Sling Works

Choose the automated dialing system that best suits your sales model -- predictive, auto-dial or preview dial. As soon as your agents connect with a prospect, the prospect's contact record will appear along with a set of dispositions (call outcomes) that you have pre-configured. If the prospect expresses interest in closing a deal with your company (by scheduling an on-site appointment etc), your agent will select a disposition that moves the prospect into the sales pipeline. Otherwise your agent can select a disposition that will hand the contact off to another agent for additional follow up or remove them from the prospect list. As the prospect moves through your lead pipeline each interaction will be tracked and reported to you.
